Go-To just launched its first-ever body lotion and our dry limbs are ready

Ask any fan of Go-To what their favourite product from the range is and they'll likely answer Face Hero or Properly Clean, two of the brand's best-sellers.

But as the peach-packaged skin care line pointed out yesterday, "why should your face have all the fun?"

Well, prepare you dry and crusty limbs for some purely joyous news because Go-To has officially launched a body lotion just in time for summer.

Aptly named 'Skin Party', the early Christmas present promises to be lightweight yet deeply nourishing (love that for our legs, arms and everywhere), with no hint of greasiness or stickiness left behind. 

But it's your nostrils that will need to be 'Judge Judy' for its biggest claim by far, because apparently it 'smells gooooood'. Yep six entire o's worth of good.

In a statement about the launch, brand founder, author and ex-beauty editor Zoë Foster Blake said: "We gotta stop forgetting that we have a body, as well as a face and neck. Or just slathering on whatever we find nearby. Our body deserves replenishment and care. It's thirsty, it's dry, it works hard, it's exposed to elements, and it ages. Let's start looking after it."

This isn't Go-To's first-ever body product though. The brand's debut lineup included its Exceptionoil (a multi-purpose body oil) and Super Handy (you guessed it, a hand cream) was released a few years later.

The lotion follows the same simplistic yet hard-working ingredient formula Go-To has become known for, with shea butter and sweet almond oil, as well as one of 2020's most-hyped hydrating ingredients, squalane.
