This 3-in-1, no-nasties treatment promises voluminous hair
Here’s what our Review Crew® had to say about this budget-friendly pick
The product
Usually the term ‘3-in-1 hair product’ elicits a less than ideal response thanks to an army of misguided men who have thought for generations that co-wash hair and body products are suitable shower caddy contenders. And to them we say – incorrect, sir.
Thankfully, our old friends over at Garnier are redefining the term with their latest haircare offering: Garnier Fructis Hair Food Watermelon Treatment. The fruity formula works as a conditioner, leave-in conditioner and hair mask treatment in one handy jumbo-sized, budget-friendly tub.
This redefining hair treatment boasts an ingredients list of 97 per cent natural origin, including watermelon extract which helps to volumise hair, providing bounce and movement to strands.
Here’s what our panel of Review Crew® testers had to say about this 3-in-1 hair treatment.
The panel
Beauty Crew sent Garnier Fructis Hair Food Watermelon Treatment to a panel of natural haircare-loving women aged 18 to 35 who regularly use hair treatments to keep their precious strands healthy.
The lowdown
Here’s what the Review Crew® loved about Garnier Fructis Hair Food Watermelon Treatment.
The lightweight hydration it gave hair: Our members were really impressed by the long-lasting, lightweight hydration the treatment provides. It meant they were able to enjoy moisturised strands without the fear of their hair being weighed down by too much product or getting greasy.
The way it cut down on styling time: Those of our members who used the treatment as a leave-in conditioner said they were astounded by how little they had to style their hair. This was especially true for those with curls, who said the treatment provided definition and left their hair feeling bouncy and soft.
The multipurpose formula: Reviewers really liked that the treatment served multiple purposes as a conditioner, leave-in conditioner and hair mask, meaning they could cut down on unnecessary products in their routine, saving valuable shelf space too.
