Every procedure Blac Chyna has had during her make-under
“I’ve been changing my life and changing my ways”
After a decade of harmful rhetoric concerning beauty standards and the procedures required to fulfil them, the tides have turned.
Celebrities are getting their lip filler dissolved, Cardi B has publicly warned her fans about the risks of silicone butt implant injections, and we’re finally having conversations about the effects of injectables (especially those administered at a young age).
And Blac Chyna is the latest celebrity to reconsider her past decisions and procedures.
After being baptised in November 2022, Chyna (otherwise known as Angela White) decided to change a few things about her appearance that no longer resonated with who she is as a person.
Black Chyna graciously documented the entire process, which included multiple visits to various doctors, the hospital, a cosmetic clinic, and a tattoo laser removal clinic.
Blac Chyna’s breast reduction and silicone butt shot removal
In one of the videos she shared via Instagram, Blac Chyna shared why she was undergoing a breast and butt reduction. “Honestly, I’m past that stage, I’ve been there, done that.”
“As you know I’ve been changing my life and changing my ways,” she went on to say. “One of the things I feel is going to take me to the next level is obviously taking some of these ass shots out.”
“As women, we want to look the best and I guess fake as possible and plastic and everything needs to be perfect, but that’s not normal, and that comes from insecurity,” she also said in an interview with the Daily Mail. “I just want to step into my own and own it.”
Although the 34-year-old admits she hasn’t had complications from the silicone butt shots she got when she was 19 years old, she would never recommend them to anyone: “I just want all the ladies out there to know, do not get silicone shots, because you can get sick, you can die, have complications and all this other crazy stuff,” she said via Instagram.
After her surgery, Blac Chyna revealed that her doctor actually experienced issues removing them from her body. The procedure, which should have taken four hours, went on for eight and a half. “Whatever that silicone mass, whatever that was in my buttocks — it kept clogging the machine and breaking it.”
“[Silicone bum filler] is very, very dangerous and it’s illegal too because you don’t know what it is that they’re injecting you with,” she explained to the Daily Mail. “Rest in peace to the people that have passed away from this — from getting this procedure done — it’s just not worth it and that’s why I keep telling people just don’t even do it.”
She also admitted to the publication that she experienced regular fevers and aggravated swelling in the areas that had been injected with the silicone fillers — “it was a very uncomfortable feeling.”
However, according to her doctor, she’s one of the lucky ones. Many women who’ve undergone butt shots reportedly experience skin discolouration, thinning of the skin and disfigurement as a result of the illegal practice.
In extreme cases, where doctors are unable to remove it using less invasive measures, “they have to then undergo a procedure where they cut your lower back or underneath your buttocks area and scrape it out,” explained Blac Chyna.
Her advice? Skip the butt shots and head to the gym instead.
Blac Chyna’s dissolved face and lip filler procedure
After her breast reduction and removing the silicone fillers in her butt, Blac Chyna sought out the help of a cosmetic doctor to dissolve the filler in her cheeks, jaw and lips.
“I’m tired of the look. It’s not flattering,” she expressed to the doctor. “It totally changed my face and I’m just ready to get back to Angela.”
“When I would get my makeup done, [makeup artist’s] would contour [my face] so then it would be even more dramatic,” she continued.
“I’d be looking like Jigsaw”, she laughed. “I’m just ready to take it out.”
“I’m not against fillers, but I feel like for me, I kind of went overboard,” she expressed to the Daily Mail. “It got to a point where my lips were so big that even when I was smiling you still couldn’t see my teeth.”
Due to the sheer volume of filler in her face, Blac Chyna had to have a second consultation to dissolve the stubborn filler in her cheeks and lips.
“I don’t even know why I did all the fillers,” she said in the two-part Instagram video. “I mean, I did it because everyone was doing it. Let this be a lesson y’all. Don’t do it. It’s not even worth it.”
“I did it when I was so young I didn’t even give my body time to fully develop,” she went on to say. “It’s going to come. You’re going to get that snatched face as you get older, and then when you get older you’re going to be like ‘oh, I miss my baby face’.”
Blac Chyna removes her Baphomet tattoo
The final piece of the puzzle for Blac Chyna was removing a tattoo that doesn’t align with her faith.
“I have this Baphomet tattoo — it’s got to come off,” she explained to her Instagram fans. “I’m not about to have the mark of the beast or anything like that.”
Although Baphomet is a symbol of demonism, she assures her fans that when she got the tattoo that it didn’t mean that to her.
“Regardless of what it is, I just don’t want anything negative or demonic on my body anymore,” she explained. “So I’m about to drive to Vegas to go have this removed.”
Ultimately, Blac Chyna plans to minimise the opacity of the tattoo using laser removal until it is suitable for her tattoo artist to cover her old ink with a new tattoo. However, she has yet to reveal what she has in mind.
Blac Chyna isn’t the only celebrity who regrets her cosmetic procedures. Abbie Chatfield has said she won’t get any more Botox.
