According to beauty mythology, BECCA Cosmetics' Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter is the illuminating product that inspired a million dupes and set the gold standard by which all other highlighters are measured. 

"We introduced Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed [Highlighter] over five years ago as a sister product to our liquid highlighter," BECCA Cosmetic's Global Style Director Kerry Cole told InStyle. "At the time, no one was doing powder versions." 

Fast-forward to today and the highlighter is so adored that three of them sold every single minute around the world last year. 

Not only does one of these cult-worthy products sell minute: BECCA Cosmetics Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter is officially the top-selling highlighter in America. 

The Aussie brand's one-of-a-kind formula is beloved for it's ultra-fine, luminescent pearls that adjust to your skin’s undertones for that glow that says to the world–I drink green juices and go for daily runs–with much less effort. 

Since it's the first incarnation, the range has included to include ten shades.  That said, Cole avoids playing favourites by layering different hues: "For summer, my favourite combo is Rose Gold topped off with Topaz," she revealed. Adding, "Pearl topped off with Champagne Pop looks great in the winter."
