The way it repaired damaged hair: Our members really loved the way the shampoo and conditioner helped to repair damage from heat styling and hair colouring. The fact that the duo were able to do this at a fraction of the price of high end options that made the same claims was just an added bonus.

The soft, shiny and frizz-free finish: Reviewers were ecstatic with the smoothing and softening effects of the shampoo and conditioner. Many of them noted the haircare range helped to reduce frizz and promote shiny, lustrous hair. Ideal.

The way it detangled dry strands: A lot of our reviewers were experiencing issues with tangling because their hair was so dry and damaged, but the shampoo and conditioner helped to detangle their strands.

“When first receiving the dove intensive repair shampoo and conditioner I did not have very high hopes, as I’ve always been told with my thick wavy hair that “drug store” products would not be good for me. When I first used the shampoo it lathered up quite a bit so I thought ‘here we go it’s going to dry out my hair’. I was so surprised with how my hair felt after washing it. It definitely did not dry it out and weighed down some of my frizz/ boof… it works very well on my dry, dyed hair.”

"I have nothing bad to say about the shampoo. It is easily accessible in supermarkets and the price is quite decent for the amount of product you get. I tried the shampoo for a couple of weeks. It cleaned my hair thoroughly and left it smelling nice and fresh. It helps repair if you have damaged hair. Definitely worth giving a try, sometimes supermarket shampoos will do the job that the most expensive shampoos won’t do.”

“Absolutely love this Dove conditioner. Firstly, the smell is divine and I can smell it on my hair all day which makes me feel fresh and confident. Secondly, - little goes a long way and I don’t need to use much to get excellent coverage on my hair and the little bit I used left my hair feeling so silky smooth. Brushing my hair after use was tangle free and easy and my hair looked so healthy and clean when it was dry. As I have oily hair, I just made sure I didn’t use much on my roots and it was perfect!”
